Welcome to the Bulush mobile application ("Application"). These Terms of Use are a legal agreement governing your use of the Application. By using the Application, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Bulush is a mobile platform that allows users to create, manage, and participate in events. Our services include:
- Event creation and management
- Event participation and invitation system
- QR code check-in system
- User messaging
- Event notifications and reminders
- Premium features (statistics, unlimited events, etc.)
2. Account Creation and User Responsibilities
2.1 Account Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for your account security
- You must not share your account credentials with others
2.2 Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Application:
- Sharing misleading, false, or deceptive information
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Sending spam, malware, or harmful content
- Violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Creating events that promote illegal activities
- Sharing hate speech, harassment, or violent content
- Sending commercial spam or unwanted advertising
- Attempting to bypass the Application's security measures
3. Event Creation and Management
3.1 Event Content
- You are solely responsible for the events you create
- Event information must be accurate and current
- Content that violates laws or is harmful is prohibited
- Event images must be appropriate and not infringe copyright
3.2 Event Limits
- Free Users: 3 active events per month
- Premium Users: Unlimited events
- Event limits may be changed (with prior notice)
3.3 Event Cancellation
We reserve the right to remove events without prior notice if they contain inappropriate content, illegal activity, or violate the terms of use.
4. Premium Subscription
4.1 Premium Features
- Unlimited event creation
- Detailed event statistics
- QR code check-in system
- Priority support
- Ad-free experience
4.2 Payment and Renewal
- Premium subscription can be purchased monthly or annually
- Payments are processed through Google Play or App Store
- Subscription automatically renews
- You can cancel your subscription at any time
- Premium features continue until the end of the current period after cancellation
4.3 Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to Google Play and App Store policies. Check your purchase platform's refund terms.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Application Rights
The Bulush application, its logo, design, and all content are the intellectual property of Bulush and protected by copyright laws.
5.2 User Content
- All rights to content you upload (photos, text, etc.) belong to you
- You grant Bulush the right to use, copy, and display your content on the platform
- You must not upload content that infringes copyright
6. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you accept our Privacy Policy.
7. Notifications
- We may send push notifications for event updates
- We may send email notifications for important announcements
- You can disable notifications in your device settings
- Mandatory security and legal notifications cannot be disabled
8. Service Changes and Termination
8.1 Changes
- We may change the Application and its features at any time
- We will notify users of significant changes
- Changes to premium features will be communicated to current subscribers
8.2 Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following situations:
- Violation of terms of use
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Harming other users
- Not using your account for an extended period (12+ months)
8.3 Voluntary Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Account deletion is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Service Provided "As Is"
- The Application is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We are not responsible for third-party services (event venues, etc.)
9.2 Event Responsibilities
- Bulush is only a platform provider
- We are not responsible for event content and organization
- We are not responsible for accidents or problems at events
- Event organizers and participants assume their own risks
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for data loss, loss of profits, or service interruptions
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the laws of the country where Bulush operates.
11.2 Jurisdiction
Disputes will be resolved in the courts where Bulush is registered.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. If you continue to use the Application after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

- Severability: Invalidity of any provision does not affect other provisions
- Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not mean we waive it
- Transfer: You may not transfer your rights to others
- Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between us

To report content you believe infringes copyright, send the following information to copyright@bulush.app:
- Copyright owner's contact information
- Description of the infringed work
- Location of the infringing content
- Statement of good faith belief
By accepting these Terms of Use, you agree to comply with all of the above conditions. When you start using the Bulush application, we assume you have read and understood these terms.
